Last updated: 2026-06-22

1. Consent to Electronic Records

By signing a document through Sealsimple, you agree to use electronic records and signatures instead of paper. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one.

2. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by declining to sign and notifying the sender. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of signatures already given.

3. Getting Paper Copies

After signing, you can download a PDF of the signed document and the certificate of completion. Contact the sender if you need a paper copy mailed.

4. System Requirements

You need a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge โ€” current version or one prior), an internet connection, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save PDF files.

5. Updating Your Contact Information

Keep your email address with the sender up to date. Sealsimple sends signing notifications to the address provided by the sender.

6. Retention

Signed documents and their audit certificates remain available to all parties through their Sealsimple account for the lifetime of the document, or by request to the sender.
